PRIVACY POLICY

XphereMart Business Holdings LLC ("XphereMart," "we," "us," or "our") is a Texas-domiciled limited liability company. We operate several brands and businesses, including Pak Mail of Cedar Park (a Pak Mail franchise location at 202 Walton Way, Suite 192, Cedar Park, TX 78613) and Blue Line Last Mile. This policy covers personal information XphereMart and its operated brands collect from you when you visit our websites, sign up for our services, contact us, or receive communications from us.

You give us directly:

• Name, address, phone number, and email when you request services, sign up for a mailbox or account, contact us, or subscribe to communications
• Shipment details (origin, destination, dimensions, weight, declared value, photos of items)
• Payment information processed by a third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our systems)
• Government-issued ID for notary services and mailbox rental (verified, not retained beyond legally required periods)
• Files you upload for print, document, or shipping services

We collect automatically when you visit a XphereMart website:

• IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page
• Aggregated and anonymized analytics through Google Analytics 4
• Cookies as described below

• Process orders, ship shipments, manage mailbox accounts, and deliver services
• Send transactional and operational messages by email, phone, and SMS
• Verify identity where required by Texas or federal law
• Improve our websites, measure marketing effectiveness, and detect fraud
• Comply with legal obligations including USPS Form 1583 filings and franchise reporting

We share information only as needed to deliver services or as required by law:

• Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, freight partners) to fulfill shipments
• Mailbox platforms (Anytime Mailbox, iPostal1, PostScan Mail) to operate virtual mailbox services you sign up for
• Payment processors to handle transactions
• SMS provider (Ooma) to deliver opted-in text messages
• Annex Brands, Inc. as franchisor of the Pak Mail brand we operate under license
• Service providers (analytics, error monitoring, hosting) under confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement and courts when legally required

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS content with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you opt in to receive text messages from XphereMart or any of its operated brands (for example by checking a "text me reminders" box, providing your mobile number on a quote or contact form, or replying START to a message), the following terms apply:

• Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from XphereMart and its operated brands. Messages relate to shipping cutoffs, quote status, package arrivals, holiday schedules, service confirmations, and operational updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Third-party sharing. Your mobile number and SMS content are NOT shared with third parties for marketing purposes. They are shared only with the SMS service provider (Ooma) that delivers the messages on our behalf, and with law enforcement when legally required.
• Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4 to 10 messages per month depending on your account activity, the alert types you opt in to, and seasonal volume.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages until you re-subscribe.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (512) 260-7011 or hello@pakmailatx.com.
• Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. We do not charge for the messages themselves; standard carrier rates for SMS/MMS apply to your plan.
• Supported carriers. All major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

XphereMart websites use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality (session management, form state), analytics (Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and improve the site), and security (fraud and abuse detection). Where required, we present a cookie consent banner on first visit so you can decline non-essential cookies. You can also clear cookies any time through your browser settings.

We retain shipment records, quote history, account information, and SMS opt-in records for as long as the relevant account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with carrier liability windows, tax records, and legal obligations. Notary records are retained for the period required by Texas law. Quote photos and uploaded files are retained for 18 months after quote completion unless the customer requests earlier deletion.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Our websites enforce HTTPS. Admin access is restricted to credentialed personnel with strong-hash password storage. Database queries are parameterized. File uploads are verified by magic-byte analysis and stored in isolated cloud storage. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request to:

• Know what personal information we have about you
• Receive a copy of that information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information, subject to retention obligations described above
• Opt out of marketing emails or SMS at any time (links in every message; reply STOP to SMS)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information.

Our websites and services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through the relevant website or by direct contact to active customers.
